Flex Gym's Group Fitness program offers the latest classes from experienced,
certified and enthusiastic instructors who are here to motivate you through structured, effective and fun programs. We offer classes
for every age and athletic ability and our instructors are always happy to answer questions and offer assistance. Our class
offerings change often to meet the needs and desires of our members. They include, but are not limited to: Pilates,
Yoga, Total Body Conditioning and Sculpting Classes, Cardio Kickboxing, Stability Ball and Core Training Classes,
Step Classes, two Spin Formats (which are held in our Spin Theatre) - a full-length hour long class and ashorter "Express"
Class (45 or 30 minutes), Bosu® Training Classes, Bootcamp Classes, Barbell Workout Classes, Zumba® Fitness and the
SilverSneakers® Fitness Program. for our Group
Fitness Schedule.
GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM INCLUDED IN YOUR GYM MEMBERSHIP Why pay for classes at other clubs when you have them included
at FLEX? If you like the idea of Group Fitness Classes, and don't want to work
out in a weight room, or don't like treadmills, try our GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM. Our Group Fitness programs boast a core group
of outstanding certified and qualified instructors. Flex offers many
unique classes a week, more than 35 per week total- and counting! You can now enjoy all of our classes included
