Flex Gym's Group Fitness program offers the latest classes from experienced,
certified and enthusiastic instructors who are here to motivate you through structured, effective and fun programs. We offer classes
for every age and athletic ability and our instructors are always happy to answer questions and offer assistance.
Our offerings include three Pilates formats, Yoga, Total Body Conditioning
and Sculpting Classes, Cardio Kickboxing, Stability Ball and Core Training Classes, Two Step Class formats - one
full-length class, and one "Express" class for when you might be pressed for time, Two Spin Formats (which are
held in our Spin Theatre) - one full-length hour long class and one shorter "Express" Class, Bosu® Training Classes, a Bootcamp
Class, Barbell Workout Classes, Zumba® Fitness and the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program.

GROUP FITNESS ONLY MEMBERSHIPS If you like the idea of Group Fitness Classes, and don't want to work out in a weight room, or don't like
treadmills, try our new GROUP FITNESS ONLY package. Our Group Fitness programs boast a core group of outstanding certified
